Daily Power Generation Gain Per Watt 4.76% Higher! Risen Energy Release Latest Empirical Data on Hyper-ion HJT Modules
As the only manufacturer focusing on n-type heterojunction (HJT) technology and products among global TOP10 photovoltaic (PV) enterprises, Risen Energy has been conducting R&D on the HJT technology since 2018, and first applied the MBB technology to the HJT technology in 2019, successfully reducing silver paste consumption by about 100mg.

Risen Energy Launches Interpretation Videos for IEC PV Module Performance Testing Standard
Founded in 1906, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is the world’s earliest international standardization organization standardization responsible for international standardization work in the fields of electrical and electronic engineering. The IEC 61215 standard, officially titled “Terrestrial Photovoltaic (PV) Modules - Design Qualification and Type Approval”, has been the fundamental standard for PV module design and the authoritative basis for performance verification since its first release in 1993. With continuous development of PV technology and the upgrading of PV products, the market has raised higher requirements for testing new high-efficiency modules. On February 23, 2021, the 2021 edition of the IEC 61215 standard was officially released, which is the second edition following the 2016 edition and the fourth major version iteration in the development evolution of IEC 61215 standard.

Power Generation Gain Reached 6.86%, Empirical Data of Risen Energy’s HJT Hyper-ion Module in Yinchuan and Hainan Released by CPVT
Against the backdrop of carbon neutrality, photovoltaics (PV), as one of the most representative clean energy sources, has become a crucial support for global energy transformation and clean energy development. It is a key pathway to achieve “low-carbon and global climate goals.”

30% Less Than TOPCon! Risen Energy reduce Silver Consumption of HJT Hyper-ion Module to <7mg/W
Recently, Risen Energy announced that it has successfully reduced silver consumption in its Heterojunction (HJT) Hyper-ion solar modules to less than 7mg per watt, not only significantly better than both PERC (around 7.82mg/W) and TOPCon (around 10.24mg/W), but also stands out as a leader in HJT technology. This breakthrough highlights Risen Energy’s commitment to advancing photovoltaic (PV) solutions. Together with the recent achievement of 3x IEC certification from TÜV SÜD, it demonstrates the gradual evolution of HJT Hyper-ion solar modules into more cost effective, efficient and reliable products.

Risen Energy’s 0BB HJT Hyper-ion Modules Passed the TÜV SÜD 3X IEC Environmental Testing
Risen Energy recently announced a significant achievement that it successfully passed the TÜV SÜD 3X IEC environmental testing. According to the testing report, under stringent testing conditions, Risen Energy’s HJT Hyper-ion modules demonstrated a maximum power degradation rate of less than 5%. The test results indicate that the product not only exhibits outstanding weather resistance and reliability but also industry-leading material and process selection as well as application, making it the best product that meets the high-quality installation requirements of global customers.
